Presently he is engaged in teaching U.G. and P.G. classes. He taught Number Theory, Differential Geometry, and Real Analysis in P.G. classes. Now a days he is teaching Operational Research and Programming in 'c'.      Dr. Ram Prasad Patidar is also keen interested in social service. He served National Service Scheme(NSS) as programme officer from 17-19-1996 to30-09-2005.Durinbg this tenure he organised nine 10 days special camps and tree plantation camps. Also he worked much for the personality development of the students. He has also driven an awareness campaign against HIV/AIDS.      Dr. RamPrasad Patidar has organised "National Integration Camp" for women, which was arranged first time in Vikram University Ujjain, region. This NIC was held from 13-10-2003 to19-10-2003 at Bilpank, in which volunteers of eight states participated. The arrangements, punctuality and discipline of the camp were highly appreciated by the participants. He also served in "Simhastha 2004" held in Ujjain for 40 days.

 For all this work he is honoured by  "State level NSS programme Award' for 2003-04 by the Department of higher Education, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh., Bhopal.           Presently Dr. Ram Prasd Patidar is working as programme officer of "Youth Red cross" unit of college. He organised two blood donation camps under same banner. He  also  worked on water conservation and awareness against HIV/AIDS.           He is also in charge of "Gaon ki beti yojana", which is a very good scheme for the upliftment of rural women. Since he is working in leading college of the district, so he coordinated all the colleges of the district for the same scheme.
