You Do Not pay bribes. If anyone demands bribe in respect of any passport related service or if you are harassed by any person in connection with your passport application you may immediately contact the following officers.

If you have any complaint regarding the issuance of passport, please meet the  Passport Officer, Bhopal as per the timings given in the website. You can also Write / Telephone / Fax / E-Mail to the Passport Officer. In your communication, please mention your File Reference Number(if available), e-mail address and contact telephone number. For applicant's applying by post, the Demand Draft Number, its Issue Date & Name of issuing bank may be mentioned, if the file number is not known. Communications without the above information will not be entertained.
