Where to Apply
The applicants can apply On-Line or can submit the application form at the counter of the office, at the District Passport Cells (DPC's) and the designated Speed Post Centers located in the state of Madhya PradeshDistrict Passport Cells :
District Passport Cells have been opened in some of the districts of Madhya Pradesh State. They have been authorised to sell blank passport application forms and accept the duly completed application forms, on behalf of Passport Office. The necessary documents will be verified from the original documents before the forms are accepted.

Speed Post Passport Service :
The Speed Post Passport Service was started in the M.P. Circle by the Department of Posts w.e.f. 01.01.2002. The following Speed Post Centres have been authorised to sell blank passport application forms and accepts the duly completed application forms, on behalf of Passport Office. The necessary documents will be verified from the original documents, before forms are accepted.
