Points to be noted while filling Online Passport Application Form

1. No titles/prefixes should be there while entering the names of the applicant, his/her father, mother & spouse name. Titles/Prefixes like Mr., Mrs., Dr., Late, etc. must be avoided.

2. Names must be entered in full. Short forms & initials are not allowed.

3. Due care is to be taken while filling the online form so that spelling mistakes are avoided.

4. After printing the online passport application form, there are still some columns which  have to be filled by hand. Please complete the form before submitting the same at the Passport Office.
